Tampa Bay Accident Attorney Nick Rinaldo

Nicholas F. Rinaldo has been serving clients as an attorney since 1987.  A fourth generation resident of Tampa, Florida, Mr. Rinaldo attended H.B. Plant High School and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Florida.   He received his Juris Doctor Law Degree from Stetson University College of Law where he was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award for Academic Excellence.

Mr. Rinaldo has represented injured persons throughout the State of Florida.  He is licensed to practice law in the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the Supreme Court of the State of Florida and all sixty-seven (67) counties.

He began his legal career working for prominent, nationally known attorney, Barry A. Cohen.   He then worked for local icon, attorney Bennie Lazzara, Jr., before beginning a three year career at the Hillsborough County Public Defender’s Office serving as lead attorney in literaly hundreds of jury trials.  In 1990, he went into private practice specializing in complex criminal defense law where he regularly defended first degree murder cases, federal conspiracy and rackateering cases, and white collar crimes achieving notariety on television and in newspapers.

In 1997, Mr. Rinaldo focused his practice solely on helping people injured in accidents.  Since that time, he has had the solemn privilege of helping
thousands of persons who have been hurt due to the fault of another person or legal entity
